- Can have chapa loan and any other loan product
- Land tittle to be issued to the client after full loan repayment.
- In case of any other loan, that land tittle shall always serve as a security
- Deductions like other loan products also apply on this product
- Also follows loan process like other products
- Other charges outside fees for processing tittle shall be met by the client
- All the 5Cs shall apply on assessment
