The group should have the following:

• Members should not exceed 30 in number
• Maximum loan Ugx 50,000,000=
• A group member not to exceed Ugx 1,000,000= except if it’s for a joint group activity but not to be shared individually
• Share capital ratio of 1:10 or 1,000,000 for loans of 5,000,000 and above
• Security is land agreement for one of the group members or owned by the group.
• Must have a valid registration certificate from the sub county, district, constitution and a minute extract for the loan applied for
• Interest rate 2% reducing
• Payment terms monthly
• Maximum Loan period 24months
