Kinkizi Development Finance Services Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited  (Kidefise Sacco)  Reg. No. 6520 started June 2002 as a cooperative society under the co- operative societies statute of 1991. It is member owned, governed, financed, controlled, benefiting, autonomous and independent as a going concern.

Kidefise Sacco head office and main branch  are located in Kanungu Town  Council serving a catchment area comprising of 16 Sub-Counties:- Rutenga, Rugyeyo, Kambuga, Nyamirama, Kihiihi, Katete, Kinaba, Nyanga, Nyakinoni, Kanyantorogo, Kayonza. Mpungu, Kirima, Kihanda, Bugongi, Kayonza and 10 Town councils of Kanungu, Kihiihi, Butogota, Kambuga, Rutenga, Nyakabungo, Kanyantorogo, Buhoma Nyamirama and Ruhija Town councils with future prospect of expanding to the rest of south western Uganda Districts.

Kidefise Sacco has got 5 branches.

  1. Main branch and Head Office in Kanungu Town Council,
  2. Kambuga branch in Kambuga Town council,
  3. Butogota Branch in Butogota Town council and
  4. Mpungu Branch in Karambi Mpungu Sub county with future expansion prospects.
  5. Kihihi Branch in Kihihi Town council.

We have outreaches in Katete, Rutenga, Nyamirama, Bugongi, Buhoma, Nyakabungo T/c Kihembe, Rubimbwa in kanungu District and Ruhija T/c in Rubanda District.

PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS

Kidefise Sacco is affiliated to Apex organizations which include Uganda Cooperative alliance, Micro Finance support Centre, Uganda Central Co-operative Financial   Services (UCCFS), Pearl Capital partners, Agritera, Future link Technologies, and SNV.

Kidefise sacco is governed by nine BOD members, supervised by three SUPCO members, three Vetting Committee members and employees over 30 staffs across all the five branches
